We’re a non-profit organization providing local cable access services for the City of Monrovia.

cameraman This is a wonderful opportunity to become involved in something that is a little different than the normal volunteer opportunity. We’ve worked with volunteers ranging in age from 9 to 90.

We want you to feel a sense of accomplishment and there is nothing quite like seeing your work and your name on television.

We have openings in video production, video editing, office help, promotions and marketing. Let us know what you are interested in.

KGEM’s standard Volunteer Orientations take place at our studio at 847 E. Olive Ave. In Monrovia. Our normal hours are Tues-Fri 11am to 9pm and Saturdays from 11am to 5pm. Dear Monrovia Viewers,

Many other communities across the Southland have recently lost their community channels due to recent changes in the law. Yet KGEM continues to thrive thanks to the community that surrounds it. This can only continue with your help.

We need new members, volunteers and especially sponsorships/donations. We have several different member and sponsorship packages available for both businesses or members of the community.
